After double click, difficult to make objects reappear

Double click on a node creates a display.scad that has only that node. This is a great feature for isolating and debugging nodes. But I would expect the other nodes to reappear if you click outside the selected node, making the selected node deselected (dashed line outline goes away). They do not reappear until you either double click one of them, or edit something.
This is in 1.0.3 and 1.0.4
